Chinese Scholar & Scientist Association at Harvard Medical School (HMS-CSSA) is launching a new career development program named as "CAREER PATH". This program will address the challenges encountered by postdoctoral trainees and junior faculties in their career development and provide opportunities for professional networking. The topics will include, but not be limited to:

• Introduction to different career paths;

• Grant writing;

• Job hunting and interview skill;

• Improvement on interpersonal communication;

• Academic networking;

• Mentor-and-mentee interaction;

• Opportunity for translational research between basic science and clinical studies
