Neuroscience subgroup of Longwood Scientific Salon (LSS) this time will have an informal group discussion about career development - " Roadmap for MD from China - Physician, Neuroscientist or Both". The invited speaker is Dr. Wayne Feng, from Department of Neurology, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Dr Feng is a MD from China, currently a vascular neurology fellow, who is pursuing academic career both as stroke neurologist and research scientist. He will touch bases a few things - USMLE, matching, residency, clinical research and career choice, etc. Everyone is welcome to come over, even you are not part of neuroscience group.
