Dear CSSA members,

The Neuroscience subgroup of Longwood Scientific Salon(LSS) will have a group discussion on “Phosphorylation regulates Olig2 function in neural stem cells”. The Invited speaker is Dr. Yu Sun from Charles D. Stiles’ lab in Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Dr. Sun obtained her M.D. from Second military medical university(Shanghai) and her Ph.D. from Albany Medical College. Now, Dr. Sun is a Research Fellow in Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Transcription factor Olig2 plays a key role in the development of motor neuron and oligodendrocyte. Dr. Sun’s talk  will focus on Olig2 function in neural stem cells.
