HMS-CSSA is pleased to invite you to a career path event on Aug 30th, 2011. The invited speaker is Dr. Jihong Bai (Ph.D.), Assistant Member of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Institute at University of Washington at Seattle and a former postdoctoral fellow at MGH (2005-2011). Dr. Bai is a very productive and distinguished research scientist whose achievements were highlighted by a number of high quality publications in top class journals like Cell, Science and etc. Dr. Bai was recently recruited as a faculty member at one of the nation’s top cancer research institutions, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Institute. The topic of his presentation will focus on how to prepare and search for a faculty position as a postdoctoral scientist in the U.S.A.
