HMS-CSSA Career Path Seminar has been launched in 2011. It addresses the challenges encountered by postdoctoral trainees and junior faculties in their career development and provides opportunities for professional networking. The topics include, but not limited to:

• Job hunting and interview skill;
• Improvement on interpersonal communication;
• Academic networking;
• Mentor-and- mentee interaction;
• Opportunity for translational research between basic science and clinical studies
